We ship packages from our Miami warehouse to Jamaica. Depending on the destination country, restricted items can include weapons, food, cosmetics and adult toys. It is your responsibility to review the restricted items list before shipping.
Freight, duty, taxes and handling are calculated when your package is weighed at our warehouse. Estimates from the cost calculator are indicative; the final charges are set at intake. Payment is due before collection or delivery.
Declared value is used if you ever need to make a claim. Claims must be raised within 30 days of delivery with supporting invoices.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
